Dustin Hayse, Co-Founder

Dustin Hayse has been on the WPS staff since 2005.  Over the past few years he and Woody have been trying to find ways to turn the WPS into something more than just a name.  He began gun hunting at a young age but it wasn't until he picked up archery that he became obsessed.  Dustin grew up in eastern Greene County and currently resides in Bloomington with his wife Alyson.  He attended Eastern Greene High School and attended the University of Southern Indiana before becoming employed at NSWC Crane.  He is a strong QDM supporter owns several acres throughout eastern Greene County where he hunts whitetail and turkey and one day hopes to build a home.  Dustin loves talking about the outdoors and sharing his passion with fellow hunters.

Jesse Beam

Jesse Beam has been a WPS member for the last few years.  He resides in Bicknell, In with his wife Shyla and his son John Martin.  Jesse, who is originally from northern Illinois, attended Vincennes University where he majored in Laser/Electro-Optics.  Jesse brings a wide variety of knowledge to the team both in the woods and on the water.  He primarily hunts the farmlands of Knox and Gibson counties and has an amazing ability of locating mature whitetail.  Jesse's other passion is Musky fishing, so if he's not in the woods you can count on seeing him on the water.

Look for big things out of Jesse this season.

Kevin Mann

Kevin started hunting at age 16 but he has only been bow hunting the past few seasons.  Kevin joined the WPS Field Staff earlier this year but has been involved in team activites since 2005.  After high school, Kevin attended VU where he studied CAD and Design Technology, he now works for SAIC at NSWC Crane.  Kevin currently resides in the Lost River area, just minutes from the WPS Cabin.

Trent Chitwood

Trent began hunting at the age of 9 when he would tag along with his father during deer and turkey season. As years went on Trent’s passion for the outdoors just kept on growing. Today, he still is an avid deer and turkey hunter but is also known for running his walker coonhounds or sitting in a duck blind once whitetail season comes to an end.

Along with WPS Co-Founder Dustin Hayse, Trent grew up in Eastern Greene County. He currently resides in Bloomington where as a result of his passion for the outdoors he is finishing up a degree in Environmental Management with a minor in Animal Behavior.

Seth Sorrells

Seth Sorrells, field staff member, is no stranger to hunting or the woods.  He first started hunting when he was only 7 years old.  When he was young, Seth used to beg to go coon hunting with his grandpa.  This was only the beginning for Seth, he grew up with a family full of outdoorsman following them around and learning many lessons and gaining knowledge from his dad, grandpas, or one of his uncles.  Seth harvested his first deer, a large doe, when he was only 9 years old.  He took his first turkey when he was eleven, but found later that archery offered a whole new challenge.  Seth harvested his first archery deer in 2004.  It was then Seth found that archery was his passion.  In Seth's spare time, he enjoys running his redtick coonhounds, hunting, and spending time with his friends, family, and tormenting his little sister Shelby.  Most of all, Seth enjoys spending time with his loving and supportive girlfriend, Desirae Butler.
